Why Horses
As prey animals, horses use their entire body and all their six senses to interpret their environment. They live in the present moment with full awareness and respond honestly in the moment. They are highly sensitive to body language and rely on their innate instincts. They are non-judgmental and provide unbiased and instant feedback based on how they are experiencing our impact.
Horse wisdom and interactions show us new ways of being, allowing us to be highly functioning individuals, teammates, and leaders. They show us how to create clear, conscious communication and to read others and respond authentically with courage and compassion. Horses teach Emotional Agility and Authentic Power.

Michelle & Randy Fetters, founders of Epona Guide, have been immersed in and dedicated to empowering individuals, teams and organizations to raise the bar in personal leadership, meaningful team collaboration and peak performance for over 30 years each. Through their own personal development, and years of experience in Fortune 500 and Small Business development they have development a real understanding of the dynamics of leading an organization to sustainable success with a collective vision and mission.
As passionate equestrians, both Michelle and Randy understand the power of the horse/human relationship and the profound insights leaders, teams and organizations achieve through working with these wise and noble sentient beings.
The Fetters have had the honor of studying with the front runners and top notch leaders in Equine Facilitated Learning and Horse Wisdom teachings. Both Michelle and Randy are Advanced EponaQuest Instructors and Certified Equine Alchemy ICF professional Coaches.
